Upskilling teams and Pharma Leaders on Healthcare Analytics

Objective

To conduct a Training for the Client’s Analytics Team on Healthcare Analytics including the following points 

  • Overall Healthcare trends and the need for Analytics
  • Understanding diverse datasets used across the value chain
  • Different types of analytics and their applications

Approach

  • A customized training program was built based on the participants’ background and experience while taking into account the limited time allocated for training
  • To ensure that the training was relevant, they were built on recent real-world pharma / biotech examples and situations

Outcome

  • Conducted an in-person multi-module training program comprising of 4 phases across 4 days 
  • Created and provided participants with pre-read materials so that they could make the most of the training sessions
  • Designed and executed interactive and engaging training sessions
  • Conducted group exercises for participants to showcase their learnings from the training
