Designation name & Description:

As a Client Partner, you are expected to lead accounts spread across multiple clients and multiple practice areas. Client Partner would lead large-scale client business development and delivery engagements in the Life Sciences Industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for expanding the capabilities on the Business side by developing and managing the existing client relationships and aiding in generating new business engagements. This person will need to fully understand our internal capabilities and actively assess/present ways to serve clients by developing solutions and offerings relevant to that client base.
  • Help organizations understand best practices around advanced solutions and provide advice on strategies
  • Analyse, identify, break down, and refine the client requirements.
  • Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client’s business and provide thought leadership
  • Provide solution designs in the area of Analytics, Forecasting and Data Science
  • Consistently deliver quality client services and drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and budget
  • Monitor progress manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes

Required Skills:

  • PhD or MBA or Advanced Degree is highly desirable
  • 10+ years’ experience in Tier 1 consulting firm within life sciences/pharmaceutical space
  • 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role within a professional services firm
  • Should have strong industry connections
  • Proven track record of developing new client relationships and generating new business development opportunities leading to successful client engagements
  • Ability to lead an onsite/virtual team of consulting professionals across multiple projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • A willingness to travel to meet client needs

Compensation: $500K – $1M annually
