Kanika is an accomplished marketing and analytics professional with 8 years of experience across Canada, US, India, and Singapore, with recent 3 years in the Canadian and US healthcare and biopharmaceutical industry. She specializes in forecasting, market research, business development, promotional strategies, digital marketing, and commercial data analytics to inform brand decision-making for global leadership teams. Kim is working as a Business Analyst in Analytics & Forecasting. In her current role, Kim assists her client in tracking market performance and building product profiles by providing data-driven, actionable insights. Kim’s expertise lies in end-to-end data solutions, from data collection to visualizations, and is proficient in a wide range of analytics tools. I started working as an analyst a little over two years ago and am currently the Engagement Manager of one of their accounts based out of New Jersey. PharmaACE has allowed me to learn an incredible amount in both my technical and soft skills. I have been provided a platform in which I can apply my science background with new skillsets acquired in forecasting Steve has served in multiple roles in the pharmaceutical industry over the past 19+ years, at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, and now at PharmaACE. These roles include short-term experiences in Supply Chain Planning and Field Sales, and over 14 years in Strategic Analytics. Steve has experience working in multiple disease areas, and he has led teams to build advanced Forecasting and Decision Analysis capabilities. Zainab joined the team with 11 years of diversified experience working in retail pharmacy, developing government policies and managing science-based projects, management consulting in diverse sectors where projects were centered on market and risk intelligence in different countries. In addition, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science and a master’s in chemical engineering & Biotechnology from the University of Wolverhampton and the Imperial College, London, United Kingdom. Over the past 5+ years, PharmaACE has provided me with opportunities to explore various avenues both on and off-projects.From intense research and crunched-timelines, to designing websites and hosting fun events, I have enjoyed all the aspects of my life at PharmaACE. Enthusiastic team and a great leadership have made working at PharmaACE a pleasure. It has been almost 4 years and I have enjoyed all that has come my way.There has been no lack of exciting growth opportunities including a surprising role change that turned out to be a steep learning experience. The best part, however, are the colleagues who have fun in equal measure as work!
